After a short hiatus from blogging, it is
time for a classic Indian dessert with a twist – Sweet Vermicelli (meethi
seviyaan) with a scoop of ice cream! Turning a bit towards culture, meethi
seviyaan are a must on the festival of Eid that is celebrated with a lot of
fervor in not just India, but in other Muslim countries too. And to add to
that, with festive season round the corner, I believe this would be the perfect
recipe that is quick and easy to make.
